You can track work progress and, when the work’s done, our system can store that signed work order for you so that you can find it when you need it and access it from anywhere.

We have taken our notes system to a whole new level. EMPOWER now pushes your co workers replies to your notes via email. Stay connected to the office while you are in the field. You can update notes by replying to the email from your smartphone or laptop making team collaboration more fluent and effective.

You can now automatically sync violation certification due dates and ECB hearing dates directly with your computer’s calendar software (like MS Outlook or Apple iCal) as well as directly to your Blackberry, iPhone or Palm.

The information is updated live and will help you and your staff stay ahead of the curve by having the violation due dates or ECB hearings – including hearing location and time – appear on your desktop’s or PDA’s calendar.

To get started, sign in to your EMPOWER NY account and go to the ‘Account’ tab on the top right. Click on ‘Calendar Sync’ and follow the instructions.
